Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

LightAir is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Officer to join our team and work from home. In this part-time position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Provide information about products and services. 4. Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments. 5. Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Meet key performance indicators and targets set by the company. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. 3. Excellent planning and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
