Job Description:
LeoVegas is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service. 6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas and targets set by the management.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. 2. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 3. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. 4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
