Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Mindler is seeking a reliable and experienced Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests - Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication - Update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Meet performance targets for call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Maintain a positive attitude and deliver high-quality service on every call

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong time management skills and the ability to analyze information effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
