Job Description:

SKF is seeking a resilient and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Representative in Stockholm, SE. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who possesses excellent cooperation and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
