Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Storytel is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 4. Promote Storytel products and services to customers and assist with sales inquiries. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job performance.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. 3. Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions. 4. Excellent presentation and planning skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
