Remote Call Center Representative

Quinyx, a leading provider of workforce management solutions, is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product support - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding solutions - Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor under pressure - Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction - Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems as needed - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong leadership skills to guide and support customers through their inquiries - Resourcefulness to quickly troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions - Resilience to handle challenging customers with empathy and professionalism - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center technology - Fluency in Swedish and English is required
