Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Thule Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. 6. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Working towards achieving individual and team performance targets.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Confidence and resilience in handling challenging customer interactions. 4. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations. 5. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Must have a quiet and professional workspace to work from home.
