Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

ABB Sweden is seeking a highly motivated and independent Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for employees.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information as needed - Researching information and troubleshooting issues as they arise - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using technology and software systems - Motivated and self-driven individual - Strong research skills to provide accurate and timely information to customers
