Job Description:
Skanska is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to callers in need of assistance.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, as well as assist with orders and returns. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately and comprehensively in the company database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet performance targets and goals set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. 3. Resourceful and confident personality traits to handle diverse customer inquiries. 4. Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities to provide accurate and efficient service. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 6. Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication.
