Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

LightAir is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position that allows the employee to work from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information and support to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Participating in training and development opportunities as required

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities - Resourceful problem solver with strong critical thinking skills - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
