Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Call Center Specialist to join our team at Ericsson in Uppsala, SE. As an entry-level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and orders. This is a part-time position with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or provide updates on services. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company's database. 4. Provide information about products and services, as well as process orders and handle billing inquiries. 5. Strive to meet and exceed call center targets and goals to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and support a positive work environment. 7. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - we will provide training. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and organizational abilities. 4. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 5. Ability to demonstrate leadership skills in a team-oriented environment. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic call center setting.
