Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team at Mojang Studios in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players and assisting them with any technical issues they may encounter while using our games.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our games, including but not limited to installation, gameplay, and account management. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as the development team, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 6. Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers. 7. Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful. 3. Attention to detail and adaptability. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
