Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Specialist at Shopify, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries to assist customers with their questions, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service and support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or call center role - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
