Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

As a Call Center Specialist at Acast, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Your main duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or gather information - Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Documenting all customer interactions and transactions in the company database - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently - Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge - Utilizing negotiation and planning skills to find solutions to customer issues - Demonstrating passion and dedication to provide the best possible customer service

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Passionate and dedicated attitude towards customer service - Ability to negotiate and plan effectively to resolve customer issues - Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional weekends - Associate level seniority with a demonstrated understanding of call center operations - Equal opportunity statement:
