Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Specialist at DICE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and respond to customer inquiries - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet and exceed performance goals set by management
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Hardworking and resourceful - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - High school diploma or equivalent
