Job Description: Polestar is currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Call Center Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information to customers about products and services - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Document all interactions in the customer database system - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent people management skills - High emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not required
