Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Fingerprint Cards in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time entry level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, innovative, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution of customer issues - Document all customer interactions accurately in the database - Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed KPIs such as call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response time

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
