Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Fjällräven is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service-related role. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Update customer information in the database during each interaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed set KPIs and targets - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet - Persuasive and able to effectively communicate solutions to customers - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience working in a high-volume call center environment is a plus - Fluent in English and Swedish - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
