Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist at LightAir, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and order processing assistance to customers. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Update customer records in the database and maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Passionate and motivated attitude with a customer-centric focus. 4. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively and innovate solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
