Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Bambuser is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and have strong strategic planning and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues - Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assist with research and analysis as needed - Help improve customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strategic planning and research skills
