Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Atlas Copco is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize resources effectively to assist customers with technical questions and product information - Engage in persuasive communication to guide customers through troubleshooting processes or sales opportunities - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support workflow - Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer situations and escalate when necessary - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent persuasion skills and a natural ability to solve problems - Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred - Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with chat support software and CRM systems
