Job Description:
Mips is seeking a motivated and driven Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Stockholm. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, possess strong people management and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via chat platforms - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Experience with chat support platforms and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer service
