Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and dedicated Chat Support Assistant to join our team at ASSA ABLOY in Sollentuna, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through chat, assisting customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer queries - Document and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems to enhance customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence in all customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations - Proficiency in computer systems and basic technical troubleshooting - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
