Job Description:
Happy Socks is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, adaptable, have strong strategic planning and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - No prior experience required - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms - Must be independent, adaptable, and have excellent strategic planning and time management skills
