Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Camfil, a global leader in air filtration solutions, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, have excellent communication skills, and possess a creative mindset.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate departments - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve efficiently - Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work part-time hours
