Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Evolution Gaming is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times. - Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers to ensure a positive experience. - Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer service.

Requirements: - Must be driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. - Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing situations. - Excellent written communication skills. - Tech-savvy and comfortable using various chat support software. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
