Remote Chat Support Associate

Budbee is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an Entry Level Remote Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via chat - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Research and troubleshoot customer problems to find satisfactory solutions - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management skills - Ability to research and problem solve effectively - Proficiency in written communication - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Must be detail-oriented and organized - High school diploma or equivalent required
