Remote Chat Support Associate

QlikTech International is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Stay up-to-date on product information and changes to provide the best support possible. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and chat support platforms. 6. Experience in customer service or technical support is required.
