Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Oatly is looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate level role, we are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess an energetic and passionate personality, with strong soft skills in leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to users through live chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Handle a high volume of incoming chat requests in a timely manner - Use product knowledge and resources to provide accurate information to customers - Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and related tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Energetic and passionate personality - Leadership skills to be able to work independently and manage own workload effectively
