Happy Socks is seeking a reliable and energetic Chat Support Associate to work from home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with products or orders - Provide product recommendations and assist with sales conversions - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment - Must be comfortable using chat support software and other online tools - Reliable and punctual
