Job Description:
Lifesum is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team and ensuring top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve response times and customer satisfaction. 3. Train and onboard new chat support agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills to assist customers effectively. 4. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product improvements. 6. Create and maintain chat support documentation, including scripts and FAQs, to streamline customer interactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our chat support operations.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field, with proven leadership skills. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits, with the ability to think creatively and problem solve. 5. Strong planning and innovation soft skills to effectively manage a chat support team. 6. Experience with chat support software and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
