Job Description:
Snow Software is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, innovative, and have strong time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support specialists, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues - Set and monitor performance metrics for the chat support team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency - Develop and implement training programs for chat support specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support, making recommendations for improvements to our processes - Provide regular reports to management on chat support team performance and customer feedback
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience managing a chat support team in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management systems - Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making - Knowledge of IT software and technology products is a plus
