Job Description:
Shopify is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our chat support team to ensure timely and high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives to provide excellent customer service through Shopify's chat platform. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the chat support team. - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. - Train and mentor chat support representatives to improve their skills and performance. - Analyze chat support metrics and provide regular reports to upper management on team performance. - Work cross-functionally with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Hardworking and resilient personality traits. - Adaptability and emotional intelligence as soft skills. - Experience with chat support platforms and tools.
