Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join Peak Performance, a leading company in Uppsala, SE. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of chat support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and support.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of chat support representatives, setting clear goals and expectations - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and efficiency - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Train and mentor chat support representatives on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Analyze chat support metrics and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve escalated inquiries - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Proven experience in a leadership or management role - Energetic personality with a customer-centric mindset - Adaptable to changing priorities and environments - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
