Remote Chat Support Manager

Job description:

Truecaller is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Chat Support Manager to join our growing team in Stockholm. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, this role requires at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance metrics - Develop and implement best practices for chat support operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat support queues and escalate issues as needed to provide timely resolutions - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements - Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they are prepared to deliver top-notch service - Maintain a positive and motivational work environment to drive team performance and engagement

Requirements: - Proven experience as a chat support manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Adaptable and confident in fast-paced environments - Soft skills including adaptability and strong presentation abilities
