Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager


Job Description:


Electrolux Professional is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents who provide assistance to customers remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, with a strong background in chat support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 5. Provide training and development opportunities for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continually improve operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in managing a remote chat support team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to innovate and implement new ideas to improve chat support operations.
