Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


SKF, a global leader in bearing and sealing solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Chat Support Manager will play a crucial role in managing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and oversee the chat support team, ensuring that team members provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor chat support agents to maintain high-quality service standards. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a chat support management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of managing a team and achieving KPIs. 5. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 6. Strong negotiation and analysis skills. 7. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
