Job description:
Epidemic Sound, a leading music company providing high-quality music and sound effects for content creators, is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to balance work with personal commitments.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support operations and customer satisfaction. - Monitor chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Provide regular reports on chat support performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think innovatively. - Resourceful and dedicated attitude towards providing exceptional customer service. - Proficiency in chat support platforms and CRM systems. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
