Job Description:
Lifesum, a leading health and wellness company, is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 2. Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize chat support operations and improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat queues, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. 4. Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to align chat support initiatives with company goals. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing chat support teams and driving results. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a remote team. 4. Strong decision-making abilities and project management skills. 5. Motivated, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 6.
