Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Fingerprint Cards is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Officer to join our team in Stockholm. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may have, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through the chat platform - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer retention - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperativeness and creativity to find innovative solutions for customer inquiries - Must be proficient in using chat platforms and other communication tools
