Nudie Jeans, a leading sustainable denim brand, is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a part-time position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, this role is perfect for an entry-level professional looking to gain experience in customer support within the fashion industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, order tracking, and issue resolution. 2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to share customer feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience. 4. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4.
