Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Fjällräven is seeking a driven and hardworking Chat Support Officer to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order inquiries, and general support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals. 7. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience through feedback and innovative solutions. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and online platforms. 6. Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional weekends.
