Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Re:newcell is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and have strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional chat support to customers via our online platform - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using chat support software and online platforms - Energetic and motivated attitude - Excellent time management skills - Ability to present information clearly and effectively
