Job Description:
Quinyx is seeking a dedicated and independent Chat Support Representative to join our team in Stockholm. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support, assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support - Assist customers with product inquiries and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Innovative mindset to come up with creative solutions to customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Associate degree or equivalent experience
