Chat Support Representative

Job Description: Kivra is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be resourceful and independent, with strong emotional intelligence and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, responding to inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service - Utilize data to analyze chat trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with team members to enhance the chat support experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using chat support software and tools - Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
