Securitas AB is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via chat support - Utilize resources and tools provided to effectively assist customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service at all times - Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong analysis and planning skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to providing exceptional customer service
