Job Description:
Kivra is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Göteborg. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through chat support to assist users with inquiries, technical issues, and account management. 2. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify trends in customer queries and provide feedback to improve our products and services. 5. Act as a brand ambassador for Kivra, representing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. 3. Ability to think creatively and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. 4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems.
