Exeger is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and escalate issues as needed - Demonstrate leadership skills by taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to the development of knowledge resources
Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Leadership qualities to take ownership of customer issues and drive resolution - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
