Chat Support Specialist

Acne Studios is looking for a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is an entry-level position with no required years of experience, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support through chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, and returns - Troubleshoot any technical issues customers may experience on our website - Collaborate with various departments to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and independent with the ability to work autonomously - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving - Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not required)
