Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Instabox is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat channels. The successful candidate will be reliable and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through chat support - Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention through positive interactions
